Pricing & Booking Details

Available: Friday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – Midnight

Large Area: $100/hour
Small Area: $50/hour
All-Day Flat Rate: $1,000 Decorating and clean-up time should be included in your reservation.

Deposit: $100 due at booking. Returned within 1–3 days if no damage is incurred.
Payments: Checks to JCMDS (mail to 1860 East Military), cash by appointment (text (402) 459-0173), or credit card (Stripe) through the website.
Booking: Call/Text (402) 459-0173, email, or form submission. You must be 21 years or older to book.
Cancellation Policy: Final refund policy coming soon.

Policies at The Studio Social

Food & Drink: Catering welcome. Alcohol permitted only via licensed caterer/bar service. The Studio Social does not hold a liquor license.

Decorating: No tape on the walls. Candles must be enclosed in jars or glass containers.

Clean-Up: Guests may clean up themselves, or add a $200 clean-up fee.

Noise/Music: Subject to building rules; confirmed upon booking.
